The Jamaica Medical Students' Association has a high turnover rate, coupled with the demand of medical school has suffered a 'brain drain' epidemic. Over the past years, we have encountered past members who still take an interest in the organization are willing to give back; We would like to open that opportunity to all of our past members. For this reason and others, we've decided to develop the long-overdue JAMSA Alumni Program. 

The JAMSA Alumni Program is our most recent endeavor that allows for the continual growth of the association and for past members to give back to the organization, whether it be skill or knowledge. 

The roles of an Alumni will include but not limited to:

 

• Participation as members of the Advisory Council

• Participation as trainers/ Facilitators at JAMSA events

• Offer consultation to the JAMSA Council upon request

• Assist in building relationships for the organization
